I was absolutely thrilled with my stay at the hotel as it exceeded all my expectations. Not only did I find my lost necklace thanks to the helpful staff, but the sitting area in my room was so comfortable and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Keswick. the washing machine in the room was a game changer, allowing me to freshen up my clothes before heading out for another adventure. the electric kettle provided in the room was a thoughtful touch that made me feel right at home. the convenient location next to various restaurants and shops, especially Booths supermarket, made my stay even more enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for its exceptional service and amenities.
